Ryan House is a 40 bed program dedicated to helping men and women by providing a sober environment to those individuals who seek recovery from addiction and mental health issues.

Services include group and individual therapy, employment counseling, relapse prevention, anger management, life skills training, daily self-help meetings and more.
The Recovery Specialist position is a great opportunity for someone who seeks to be a positive presence in the lives of those who are struggling with addiction.
Job Description :
Essential Responsibilities including but not limited to :
Ensuring the safety and structure of the program milieu by monitoring client activities.
Observes and supervises clients and unit; conducts 30 minute client well-being checks.
Conducts telephone admission screenings as well as other admissions duties.
Searches client belongings on admission and at discharge, or as otherwise directed by supervisor..
Completes all necessary checklists, shift documentation and record keeping in a timely manner in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications :
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Experience working with substance use population is preferred
Valid MA Driver’s License in good standing preferred
Full Time 40 hours - Evenings
